After living for over twenty years in the downtown district of Portland, Maine, we sold our beautiful brick Victorian townhouse and bought a neglected farmhouse on the very edge of the city. The area was once farmland and our house was built on 120 acres bordering West Falmouth.  The house is a story in itself but this blog is about the wonders of the yard and garden as seen through the lens of my camera.
